Howard University?s student- run radio station, WHBC, will host its 2nd Rockstar Award show Friday April 13, 2012 at 7:30p.m. in Cramton Auditorium. The show, titled ?Radio is Back,? is designed to celebrate Howard University students who have been selected by their peers as the best at their craft. Rockstar Award 2012?categories include:

- Best WHBC Personality

The WHBC Management Staff?has selected?three deserving students to be awarded special honors as the Athlete of the Year, Humanitarian of the Year, and WHBC Alumni of the Year.

Red Carpet for Rockstar Awards 2012 will begin at 5:30p.m. in front of Cramton Auditorium. The pre-show exhibition will start at 6:30p.m. in the lower level of Cramton Auditorium and will feature giveaways from our sponsors: Sony, the Howard University Bookstore, The Source Magazine, Miss Jessie?s, and our parent station WHUR 96.3FM.

The 2012 Rockstar Awards is free and tickets can be picked up at the Cramton Auditorium box office with a Howard University ID.
